TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: September 23, 2026

Welcome to JISL Welding & Fabrication Inc. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your interactions with JISL Welding & Fabrication Inc. By accessing this website, submitting a quote request, purchasing a product, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. SERVICES

JISL Welding & Fabrication Inc provides industrial welding, fabrication, high-pressure piping, custom metal fabrication, tanks and vessels, specialty products, and related services.

The specific scope, materials, specifications, pricing, schedule, and requirements for custom projects will be established through a written estimate, proposal, purchase order, contract, or other written agreement.

2. QUOTES & ESTIMATES

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may be subject to change if project specifications, material costs, quantities, site conditions, engineering requirements, or other circumstances change.

Submitting a request through this website does not create a contract or guarantee that JISL will accept the project.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are not final until the project scope and pricing have been approved by both parties.

3. CUSTOM FABRICATION

Custom fabrication is produced according to customer-approved specifications, measurements, drawings, designs, or other project requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable dimensions, specifications, drawings, materials, and project details before fabrication begins.

Changes requested after approval or after fabrication has begun may result in additional charges and changes to the estimated completion date.

Custom-made or specially fabricated products may not be returned or refunded except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

4. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

Certain projects may require a deposit before materials are ordered or work begins.

Payment schedules and accepted payment methods will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, outstanding balances must be paid according to the payment terms shown on the applicable invoice.

Additional work outside the originally approved scope may be billed separately.

5. PROJECT SCHEDULES & LEAD TIMES

Any completion dates or lead times provided by JISL are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Project schedules may be affected by material availability, supplier delays, engineering changes, customer-requested modifications, site conditions, weather, transportation, regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside JISL’s reasonable control.

JISL will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to anticipated project schedules.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the project and the amount of work already completed.

Customers may be responsible for materials already purchased, fabrication already performed, engineering or design work completed, special-order items, subcontractor costs, and other expenses incurred before cancellation.

Deposits for custom fabrication may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has begun, subject to the applicable written agreement and law.

7. PRODUCTS & ONLINE ORDERS

Products displayed on this website are subject to availability.

Product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, specifications, and pricing are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure this information is accurate, but minor variations may occur, particularly with fabricated or handmade products.

JISL reserves the right to correct errors in product information or pricing and to cancel or decline an order when necessary, subject to applicable law.

Additional shipping, delivery, taxes, or handling charges may apply where disclosed during the ordering process.

8. WARRANTIES

JISL stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

Any project-specific warranty will be identified in the applicable proposal, contract, invoice, product documentation, or other written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation by others, unauthorized modification, abnormal operating conditions, lack of maintenance, ordinary wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, specifications, measurements, operating requirements, drawings, site information, and other information reasonably necessary to complete the requested work.

JISL is not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer or third parties.

10. ENGINEERING, CODES & COMPLIANCE

Certain industrial projects may be subject to engineering requirements, inspections, permits, industry standards, or applicable codes.

Project-specific certifications, testing, inspections, engineering services, or code requirements will be determined according to the applicable scope of work and written agreement.

References on this website to certifications, codes, capabilities, or industry standards should not be interpreted as a representation that every product or project automatically carries a particular certification or approval.
